  • When do I pay for my dumpster?

    You will be sent an invoice via email with a link that will allow you to pay by credit card. All credit cards will be processed via Square and charges will appear as "Northeast Materials and Maintenance". If you wish to pay in cash, payment must be made prior to, or at the time of delivery and a credit card will have to be on file in case your dumpster is over weight.
  • Will the container damage my driveway?

    No, we use wood sheets under all of the container's feet to distribute the weight so that we never leave depressions or marks on your driveway!
  • Can I put the dumpster in the street?

    Yes, if it is permitted by your town or village. You can call your local police department to check. If a permit and fee is required then you the home owner are responsible for obtaining it.
  • How long can I keep the dumpster?

    Our price covers up to 7 days. If needed for longer you may keep the container as long as needed but a price of $25/day will be charged to your credit card. If you need the container for an extended period of time we can work out an extended price.
  • What size dumpster should I get?

    Call us and we will be happy to discuss your project to make sure you have the room you need but don't spend any unnecessary money!
  • What items are prohibited?

    Liquids, chemicals, and paint are not allowed. Car tires are allowed but you must notify us before pick up so we can dispose of these properly. car tires should be placed on top and not buried in the dumpster.
  • How long before I need my dumpster should I call?

    Normally we can deliver with in 24 hours.
  • What if my dumpster weighs more than the allowed limit?

    If your dumpster is over weight we will email you a copy of the dump receipt so you can see the exact weight and the rate charged by the dump, we will then charge your credit card for just the EXTRA weight.
